<p>אפליקציה חדשה ומודרנית, עם מטרות עיקריות לשיפור ממשק המשתמש, חוויית המשתמש, הפחתת תקלות, שיפור ביצועי האפליקציה ותקשורת יעילה עם העובדים. הבעיה טמונה באפליקציה המיושנת והמלאת תקלות שבה משתמשים עובדי החברות, עם ביצועים איטיים ועיצוב מועדף שמקשים על אינטראקציה ותקשורת יעילות. הפתרון הוא לפתח אפליקציה חדשה שתציע ביצועים משופרים, עיצוב מעודכן, נוחות משתמש מוגברת וכלים יעילים לתקשורת על מנת לספק חוויית משתמש טובה יותר ולמלא באופן יעיל את החובות והאחריות של סלקום.</p>
